Professional livestream production for events, conferences, church services and community programs, with thoughtful preparation and clear communication. Standard coverage: 1 hour $350 · 2 hours $500 · 4 hours $850 · 8 hours $1,500. One production operator is included; E4 determines camera count and adds crew when operationally needed. Redundant audio and internet connectivity are included, with bonding and Starlink backup where appropriate. No network is outage-proof. Wedding Livestreaming
Let family and friends follow your ceremony remotely. Wedding livestreaming is a separate paid service; coverage, viewing access and recording are confirmed for your event. It is not automatically included in Full Wedding packages.
Prepared Production
Standard packages include a pre-broadcast technical test, redundant audio and connectivity, and independent local backup recording whenever technically feasible. We arrive at least two hours early for setup and testing. Choose a compatible customer-provided or E4-hosted destination, including YouTube, Facebook and supported RTMP/RTMPS destinations. Compatible multistreaming is included; public or restricted viewing depends on the platform’s verified access controls. E4 monitors broadcast health and provides reasonable basic viewer help when practical.
Recording & Next Steps
Receive a downloadable full-event MP4/H.264 recording at a minimum of 1080p within 24 hours after the livestream ends, with one year of download access from delivery. Basic trimming and technical corrections are included; extensive creative editing is custom-quoted. Standard booking uses a 50% deposit or optional full payment; the balance and any separately invoiced travel are due on event day before coverage. A technical planning call is required after booking and before event day. E4 supplies the verified viewing link; you share it with your audience.

What recording will I receive?
Downloadable full-event MP4/H.264 at minimum 1080p within 24 hours after the livestream ends, with one year of download access. Basic trim and corrections are included; creative editing is available with a custom quote.
Where can viewers watch?
Compatible YouTube, Facebook, E4-hosted, and RTMP/RTMPS destinations are supported. Compatible multistreaming is included. Public or restricted access is subject to verified platform controls.
Is internet guaranteed?
Redundant connectivity is included, with bonding and Starlink when appropriate; no internet connection is guaranteed to be outage-free.
How do we prepare?
A mandatory post-booking technical planning call is required before event day, with a minimum 2-hour early arrival, pre-broadcast testing, venue permissions, and streaming access confirmed. E4 supplies the verified viewing link; the customer distributes it. Travel: first 25 one-way driving miles are included; $2 for each additional one-way mile is separately disclosed and invoiced.
