How much does a photo booth rental cost?

Core packages include up to 4 hours: Digital $299, Print $399, Igloo $499, or Igloo + Prints $599. Eligible Monday–Thursday Digital is $249, excluding holidays and designated high-demand dates. Friday–Sunday Digital remains $299. Additional time is +$75/hour through 8 total hours; longer events require custom review.
What is included, and how long can we access our gallery?

Digital includes an iPad booth with ring light, table and black linen, general props, photos, GIFs, boomerangs, video, a custom event template, digital sharing, and delivery/setup/pickup. E4 offers reasonable template revisions; specialty themed props may be client-supplied. Access your event gallery and download and preserve your media within 1 year. Permanent gallery hosting is not promised.
Which packages include prints, and what upgrades are available?

Print and Igloo + Prints include on-site 2×6 strips; Digital and base Igloo do not. Enjoy unlimited booth sessions during booked time, with one physical print per guest pictured—not unlimited copies or reprints. Print-capable packages can add 4×6 format for +$50/event or a Guest Book for +$100, including the book, pens and an additional album print per applicable session. The Guest Book does not add printing capability.
Does someone stay with the photo booth?

Core Digital, Print and Igloo experiences are self-service after professional setup. An attendant may be requested at +$50/hour for the entire booked duration, subject to qualified staff availability; instant availability is not guaranteed. The separate 360 and Mirror Tower experiences retain their included attendant.
What setup access, power and internet do we need?

Setup and pickup are included. About 1 hour of early venue access is strongly recommended, but not mandatory. Client-caused access delays do not automatically extend service; an E4-caused meaningful delay is extended at no charge when feasible. Provide an appropriate electrical outlet and reliable Wi-Fi for immediate sharing. E4 may attempt cellular backup. If connectivity fails, media stays stored locally and can be delivered when connectivity returns.
Can booths operate outdoors, and are backdrops available?

Premium backdrops are not currently available. Outdoor booth use is welcome when the venue provides safe shelter, power and protection from rain or dangerous weather. Equipment may need to move indoors if conditions become unsafe. Igloo needs approximately 12 × 12 × 12 ft of clear space; suitable grass is permitted, and normal anchoring or weights are included.
How do travel, payment and date changes work?
The first 25 one-way miles are included, then +$2 per excess one-way mile; approximately 60+ miles requires custom review. Reserve with a 50% retainer, with the remaining 50% due on the day of the event. This applies to all Photo Booth bookings, including bookings made within 7 days. Up to two reschedules are subject to availability and the Service Agreement; after the second, a later event needs a new booking and retainer.
