Everything you need to know before booking your E4 experience.
WHAT COVERAGE IS INCLUDED?

Choose 4, 6 or 8 continuous hours. Travel between locations and third-party delays count toward booked coverage. Significant E4-caused lost time is added back. Overtime requires E4 approval and payment before coverage continues.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

All usable JPEG photographs are targeted within 48 hours, with basic corrections as needed. Select unlimited photographs for additional professional editing within 90 days after delivery. Editing completion is estimated after selections; permanent archival storage is not guaranteed.
WHAT VIDEO DO WE RECEIVE?

Complete ceremony recording when coverage includes the full ceremony, important reception events captured during coverage, a professionally edited highlight and a short social teaser. E4 determines highlight moments and runtime. Final video delivery is targeted within 30 days; the teaser arrives earlier without an exact turnaround promise.
ARE VIDEO REVISIONS INCLUDED?

Two revision rounds are included; additional rounds are billable. Music preferences are subject to licensing and platform requirements. Drone footage is subject to legal, venue, safety, weather and operational conditions.
HOW DOES THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION WORK?

Only 8-hour Photo + Video includes a 1-hour engagement session. First 25 one-way miles are included; additional miles are $2 each using E4’s approved method, disclosed before booking. Rescheduling requires a written request and E4 availability, with no automatic fee. A substitute portrait session expires 90 days after the wedding unless E4 approves an exception.
WHAT OPTIONAL SERVICES CAN WE ADD?

Same-Day Photo Experience is optional at $399, subject to connectivity, and supplements normal photo delivery. Albums and livestreaming are separate paid add-ons. Album pricing is not yet approved. Book an eligible package directly online after reviewing its booking details and agreement.
